These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your access to and use of the websites, games, and software services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Yiming ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms, which constitute a legal agreement between you and Yiming. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have parental consent to use the Services.

1. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

• Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Security: Our staff will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must change your password immediately.
• Liability: We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

2. LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

As long as you comply with these Terms, Yiming grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Ownership: Yiming retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including but not limited to all code, software, graphics, designs, text, logos, and audio ("Content"). You acknowledge that you do not own the Content, but only have a license to use it.

3. RESTRICTIONS AND OBLIGATIONS

To maintain the integrity of our software and brand, strict rules apply to how you handle our technology. You are strictly prohibited from doing the following:

• Decompiling & Disassembly: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our software or websites.
• Redistribution: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or publicly display our source code or any modified versions of our software clients or server files without our prior written consent.
• Imitation: You may not create software or content that mimics our Services or brand in a way that creates confusion regarding official ownership.

Any attempt to access or redistribute our source code is a material breach of this agreement and may result in legal action.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

We want our community to be safe and fair. You agree not to use our Services in any manner that could damage our servers, networks, or the experience of other users.

The following actions are strictly forbidden:

• Using bots, macros, scripts, auto-clickers, or any other automated tools to interact with the Services, gain an unfair advantage, or farm resources.
• Engaging in any form of network attack, including but not limited to flooding, or any attempt to disrupt service for other users.
• Intentionally using or sharing bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to crash servers or damage the economy/gameplay.

When interacting with other users through our Services, you should exercise caution and carefully consider before disclosing any personal information. You agree that:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information provided by other users. You are solely responsible for the information you choose to share, and we are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from your interactions with others.
• You must not harass, abuse, or harm other users. You also may not solicit personal information or login credentials from anyone.
• If you encounter suspicious behavior, impersonation, scams, or other safety concerns, you should immediately cease interaction and report the matter to us.

If you are found violating these provisions, your account will be immediately suspended or permanently banned without prior notice. We also reserve the right to report illegal activities to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. USER GENERATED CONTENT

If our Services allow you to post, upload, or transmit content (such as chat messages, forum posts, or in-game creations):

• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your content. It must not be illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringe upon the rights of others.
• License to Us: By posting content, you grant Yiming a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with our Services.
• Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion, without liability, if we deem it inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

Finality: All purchases made through our Services are final except as required by local consumer law. Unless required by applicable law, there are no refunds or cooling-off periods for digital content once the download or access has commenced.

Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices and availability of products at any time.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

"AS IS" Basis: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Yiming does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. TERMINATION

Your right to terminate. You may stop using our Services at any time for any reason. To terminate this agreement, you can delete your Yiming Connect account and stop using the services by sending a formal deletion request to [email protected].

Our right to terminate. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions regarding Intellectual Property, Restrictions, and Liability shall survive termination.

9. GENERAL

Local laws may provide you with rights that cannot be altered by these Services. In such instances, these Services shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
